Following are the steps to open a new ticket with us:

  1. You need to have a LoopCloud account with us, the following link: LoopCloud Account contains the details.
  1. Go to our support portal:
  • Select New Support Ticket
  • Fill up the required fields
  1. Then, select one of the products: - LoopEdge -LoopCloud -LoopInsights
  1. Please provide a detail description of the issue in the “Description” field.

Then, Click on the SUBMIT button

You should receive an email confirming the ticket creation, including ticket number.
