Following are the steps to open a new ticket with us:
- You need to have a LoopCloud account with us, the following link: LoopCloud Account contains the details.
- Go to our support portal: http://support.litmusautomation.com/en/support/home
- Select New Support Ticket
- Fill up the required fields
- Then, select one of the products: - LoopEdge -LoopCloud -LoopInsights
- Please provide a detail description of the issue in the “Description” field.
Then, Click on the SUBMIT button
You should receive an email confirming the ticket creation, including ticket number.
